Careers

We prepare our graduates in the best possible way for the requirements and challenges of the fashion and textile industry as well as the design and advertising industry. With us you can develop freely and creatively. And we support you on your way to a job in the international fashion business or in the fascinating world of international design and advertising!

Individual portfolio for each of our graduates

For designers, artists and many other creative people, the portfolio is extremely important. A portfolio is a carefully designed compilation of artistic and technical achievements so that the respective candidate can promote themselves effectively - such a presentation can be submitted analogue or also digitally.

A portfolio is your extended business card with a representative selection of your very best work. Portfolio Design is the crowning visual culmination of your creative achievements and versatile skills with which you are entering the market for the first time.

Portfolio design must convince with individual and constantly new design quality and inspire even better. Portfolio design - with this subject you will become an artist. This is where you will develop your creative qualities and will form one of the most important foundations for professional success.

We don't primarily focus on your application portfolio for our school, but on your development of the right analogue/digital portfolio for job applications and professional client presentations. With us you will develop the routine to be able to present yourself convincingly to any audience. We work with each of our students to create their own individual portfolio!

We also train and coach you in presentation techniques and the application process. We support our students intensively in the area of professional portfolio design and portfolio, but presentations and lectures using modern media are also part of the curriculum. For example, both our Stuttgart and Mannheim fashion schools, Kehrer Design Academy, have several presentation screens, beamers, many very well-equipped computer workstations but also active boards with interactive software and internet access.
